Where We Ship

We ship New Zealand-wide from our base in Kirikiriroa Hamilton. 

Processing Time

All our products are made to order with care. While we aim to get your order out to you as speedily as possible, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.

Shipping Rates 

Standard orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6.90. For particularly large orders where shipping costs are significantly higher, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you by email to arrange payment before creating your order. If you'd prefer not to cover the additional cost at that point, we'll cancel and issue a full refund, with no hard feelings!

Shipping costs for bulk or custom orders will vary and will be quoted as part of your overall order.

When Will It Arrive?

Once your order is on its way, urban deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days. If you're in a rural or non-urban area, please allow a little longer, around 4–5 business days.

Busy seasons can sometimes cause delays beyond our control, but if you're working to a deadline, just reach out and we'll do everything we can to help. While we can't be held responsible for courier delays once your parcel has left our hands, we're always here to support you through any hiccups.

In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will lodge an investigation with our courier on your behalf and work to resolve the situation as quickly as we can.
